About Cutsforth’s Cruise-In
Cutsforth’s Cruise-In began in 1994 when Frank Cutsforth set out to create something special for the Canby community. What started as a small car show in the parking lot of Cutsforth’s Market quickly became a local favorite, bringing together families, car enthusiasts, and neighbors for a fun-filled day.
As the event grew in popularity, it eventually outgrew the grocery store parking lot—leaving little room for customers and even more demand for space. A few years later, the Cruise-In found its new home at the iconic Wait Park in downtown Canby, where it continues to thrive today.
After Frank’s passing in 2023, his children—Tanner, Kelsey, and Joel—took over the event, continuing his vision and passion for community. Today, Cutsforth’s Cruise-In remains a celebration of classic cars, family, and small-town connection, with the goal of growing the tradition for many years to come.
